It is important to pre-filter your water with a reverse osmosis prior to ionization. This will remove the dissolved particles and contaminants in the water. Running “Tap Water” through the Tyent Water Ionizer will not give you the same benefits of Reverse Osmosis Alkaline Ionized Water especially in areas such as San Jose and surrounding cities.
City Water Filter installs all water ionizers along with our 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System to purify the water before it enters the water ionizer. If you do not have a reverse osmosis system but wish to have a water ionizer, the reverse osmosis unit will be an additional cost. Along with the Tyent Water Ionizer, a delivery pump is installed to raise the pressure, at no additional charge (included in the unit price).
